Also how to understand the various diagnostic tests that have to be carried out when a property is put on the market, and finally some guidance on what types of property sell fastest - and which don't - and how best go about buying to let. As always, I emphasise that the French property buying process is secure and highly regulated but like all major purchases, should not be contemplated without taking the relevant professional advice.
